| Lifetime Membership: | $200 ($100 to endowment fund) | |
Members of the Fairdale Alumni Association receive a Fairdale Alumni shirt and the bi-monthly school newsletter, Bulldog Pride, detailing current activities at Fairdale during the school year. |

To become a member please open the Membership Form, print, and send the completed form along with a check for membership dues to P.O. Box 156, Fairdale, KY 40118.
